Lance core measurement on YouTube & Twitter

One for the bike/triathlon geeks out there (yep, that includes me!) Lance has been out training today on the Hawaii Ironman course (speculation is he’ll take part in the world champs 2011) but what I like is the series of tweets and YouTube posts showing how he’s measuring core temperature. Fyi -this has a big impact on performance. In simple terms there is an optimum core temp where you race and therefore perform most efficiently, which is rather important for long endurance events in the sunshine e.g. the Tour or an Ironman.
